PICPA offers two ways to meet CPAs and discuss your products and services.

Conference Sponsorship 

Interact one-on-one with your target audience at 20 specialized conferences across the state from April to December. Conferences are held in various locations in the Philadelphia, Harrisburg, and Pittsburgh areas. Sponsors receive:

• A highly visible exhibit space near the main meeting room.
• An 8.5 x 11 PDF advertisement downloadable on conference e-materials webpage.
• Acknowledgement of your support by the conference chairperson and on signs at the conference.
• Complimentary exhibitor registrations, including meals, for two representatives.
• Your logo with a direct link to your company's website from the conference page, which appears on the PICPA website. 
• A one-time-use mailing list of conference attendees to follow up on leads  

Exclusive Seminar Sponsorship 

Deliver your message to CPAs on a regular basis as a PICPA seminar sponsor. Each series is exclusive to one sponsor.

As a seminar sponsor, your benefits include: 

• A highly visible exhibit space located near the main meeting room.
• An opportunity to briefly address attendees in the classroom (brief introduction and organization overview must be approved by PICPA). 
• A mailing list of seminar attendees, available for a one-time use within 60 days of each seminar. 
• Complimentary exhibitor registrations, including meals, for up to two representatives.  

Investment: $2,699 per 8 seminar series; $1,499 per 4 seminar series (excluding CPE Blockbuster, CPE & Sun Event, Education Summit, and Tax Camp).

We will select a group of seminars that will put you in front of your target audience. Choose from events in the Philadelphia, Harrisburg, and Pittsburgh areas and reach CPAs with an interest in financial services, taxation, technology, industry and more.
