The VITA Program: Calls for Volunteer Tax Preparers The VITA Program is seeking volunteers to help prepare income tax returns free of charge for low- to moderate-income individuals and families. Volunteers can choose the location where to serve from a list of sites in Northumberland and Montour counties and can also select their own hours.
