A lot of steps go into preparing for the CPA Exam, so plan ahead. CPA Exam applications can be obtained online or by calling CPA Examination Services at (800) 272-3926. You should allow eight weeks from the date your application is postmarked for processing. After applying you will receive your Notice to Schedule (NTS). Schedule your test as soon as possible because your NTS is only valid for six months. For more information on the CPA Exam, visit www.cpazone.org.
Demand for New Grads
According to the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), accounting is one of the most sought after majors by employers. Students with accounting degrees are not only desired by the big four companies, but also by large international companies.

- Think before you hit “reply all”
