Erie Chapter Annual Meeting

The Erie Chapter held their Chapter Annual Meeting May 3 at the Kahkwa Club with more than 60 members in attendance. The evening included cocktails, dinner, and the honoring of special guests.

During the annual meeting, the chapter leadership for 2007-08 was sworn in by David Lastowski, member of PICPA Council. Chapter leadership, committee members, and past presidents were recognized for their hard work and dedication to the chapter by Penny L. Qualls, chapter president. Joseph T. Kuvshinikov, incoming chapter president joined Penny in congratulating those who have been PICPA members for 20, 30, 40 and 50 consecutive years and successful CPA candidates. Fredrick J. Kern was present to accept his recognition for 40 consecutive years of PICPA membership. Charles W. Brown was recognized for achieving the 50 year PICPA membership milestone.

There were also three Joseph E. Sterrett Fellow Awards presented by the chapter to Scott E.Cousins, John H. Guelcher and Charles W. Brown.
