Greater Philadelphia Emerging CPAs Evening of Wine Tasting

Greater Philadelphia Chapter’s Emerging CPAs Committee had a great turn-out for its annual wine tasting event at Twenty21 on July 12. Almost 50 members, including Deborah Bacon, chapter president and Steve Packer, past president, were in attendance. The event was held to thank companies that sponsor Greater Philadelphia chapter events.

Those in attendance socialized and networked as they sampled from Twenty21’s excellent wine selection, including champagnes, whites, reds, ports, and dessert wines. The restaurant’s staff was on hand to talk about all the wines and answer questions.

To additionally thank the sponsors, the committee held a drawing for door prizes. Colin McHugh of KPMG, a gold-level sponsor of the Successful Candidate reception this past November, won the grand prize. PICPA members Carlo Ferri and Melissa Severance also won prizes.
