Passport to Opportunity – Messiah & Elizabethtown Colleges

The South Central Chapter Passport to Opportunity program was so popular last year that there were two separate events held this year to accommodate the interest.

On Oct. 23rd, 136 students attended the program at Messiah College and on Oct. 30th, 192 attended the one at Elizabethtown College. That’s a combined 328 students learning about the accounting profession.

Both programs informed students about the advantages of the CPA designation, exposed them to a variety of career paths in accounting, quizzed them on their financial literacy fitness, and introduced them to local college campus.
