Members Celebrate Another Successful Year at the Greater Philadelphia Chapter Annual Meeting

The Greater Philadelphia Chapter Annual Meeting, held on May 9, 2008 at the Marriott Philadelphia West in West Conshohocken, was a great success as members gathered to thank outgoing leadership, welcome incoming officers, and congratulate chapter award winners.

Members enjoyed mingling with friends and colleagues during the cocktail reception before the meeting. As lunch was served, outgoing chapter president Deborah Bacon got the meeting started by reflecting on the past year and by thanking the chapter leadership for all their hard work. Those who reached milestone years in their memberships were acknowledged, Steven Packer was awarded the Champion Award, and Carl Back received the chapter’s Volunteer Service Award.

After lunch, incoming chapter president Matthew Melinson presented the chapter with his plans and goals for the upcoming year.
