Southwestern Chapter Members Celebrate a Successful Year

Southwestern Chapter members gathered to thank outgoing leadership, welcome incoming officers, and congratulate chapter award winners at the Southwestern Chapter Annual Meeting, held May 15, 2008, at the Greensburg Country Club.

Nazzi Zola, outgoing chapter president, thanked the 2007-2008 officers, committee members, and committee chairs for their work and dedication to the chapter.  In reviewing his year as president, he thanked volunteers who participated in the Ligonier Days Parade and talked about the success of the Feed the Pig program.  Nazzi also presented the chapter’s first Volunteer Service Award to Kathleen DeMarchi for her hard work and success on the Relations with Schools and Colleges Committee.  The chapter’s Passport to Opportunity program, as well as its CPE & Dinner with College Students program, continue to grow each year. 

Bill Sadecky, incoming chapter president, announced his goals for the upcoming year, and stressed the importance of getting involved and recruiting new members and volunteers to ensure another successful year.
