Q: How can I contact PICPA leadership?
A: Leadership contact information is listed in the Officer and Committee Directory in the Leadership Tools section of the Web site. The directory offers many search functions to make finding information quick and easy.

Q: How can I contact PICPA team members?
A: The PICPA team is here to serve you. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. The PICPA is headquartered in Philadelphia, with a government relations office in Harrisburg and a western regional office in Pittsburgh.

Q: Can you help me track down a CPA I once knew or a firm I want to contact?
A: The PICPA does not give out information about its members. We can take a message and refer it to the member, but it is up to the member to contact the person making the request. The PICPA can give out requested firm information.

Q: Do you offer help with tax questions?
A: CPAs and non-CPAs with tax-related questions should call the Practitioners Hotline at (412) 281-0281.

Q: Does your association offer referrals of CPAs or CPA firms?
A: No, the PICPA does not offer specific referrals. However, the CPA Locator feature of our Web site does contain information regarding CPA firms in Pennsylvania that have enrolled for this service.

Q: What is the PICPA's relationship to the AICPA?
A: The AICPA and the PICPA are separate organizations. The AICPA is the national professional organization representing the accounting profession. The 50 states, Washington DC, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam all have independent CPA societies. However, the AICPA does assist any and all of these societies with individual, regional, or nationwide initiatives.
