Eric P. Wallace
Eric is a partner and member of the construction and real estate services team for Carbis Walker LLP in Pittsburgh, where he provides professional services to many contractors and construction-related industries. He is a member of PICPA’s Member Needs Assessment Task Force, PICPA’s Budget and Finance Committee, and AICPA Council. Eric has served on the Pennsylvania CPA Journal Editorial Board and is past chair of PICPA’s Accounting and Auditing Procedures Committee.

Kevin M. Mitchell
Kevin is a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Harrisburg, with a specialization in audit and business assurance – consumer and industrial products. He is a member of the state’s Local Government Accounting and Auditing, Budget and Finance, and Accounting and Auditing Procedures committees. Kevin has served as chair of the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy and as a member of PICPA’s Professional Ethics Committee.

Vice President
Rudolph J. Bilich Jr.
Rudy is a tax partner with Deloitte Tax in Pittsburgh. He serves on PICPA’s Budget and Finance, Bylaws, and Federal Taxation committees. Rudy is a former treasurer of the PICPA and the Pittsburgh Chapter. He has also served on the Investment, Issues Identification, Membership Expansion, and Substantial Equivalency task forces.

Vice President
Susan D. Jarvis
Susan is a sole practitioner in Nazareth, where she provides services to a variety of small businesses inside and outside Pennsylvania as well as individual tax clients. She is a past president of the Lehigh Valley Chapter and a former member of the following committees: Annual Meeting, Legislation, Nominations, Professional Ethics, and Small Business. Susan currently serves on the Pennsylvania CPA Journal Editorial Board and has also served on PICPA Foundation’s board of directors.

Sandra E. Sloyer
Sandy has spent the last 16 years working in the industry. She serves on the state’s Members in Business and Industry and Relations with Schools and Colleges committees. Sandy is a former member of AICPA Council and PICPA’s Not for Profit Committee.

Karen is a partner with McGill Power Bell & Associates LLP in Erie. She is a member of PICPA’s Federal Taxation Committee, chair of the Employee Benefits Plan Western Regional Committee, and the Conference Sub-Committee. Karen is past chair of Erie Chapter’s Speakers Bureau.

Cynthia J. Chisarick
Serving from 2007-2009
Cynthia is an associate professor of accounting in the Sidhu School of Business and Leadership at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre. She is a past president of the Northeastern Chapter and past chair of her chapter’s Relations with Schools and Colleges and Taxation and Annual Tax Meeting committees. Cynthia served on the Professional Ethics Committee and Strategic Advisory Board. She currently serves on Northeastern Chapter’s Relations with Schools and Colleges Committee.

Robert F. Firely Jr.
Serving from 2008-2010
Bob is a partner with Herbein + Company Inc. in Reading, specializing in accounting and auditing. He is a past president of the Reading Chapter, and currently serves on the chapter’s Relations with Schools and Colleges Committee. Bob is past chair of Reading Chapter’s Nominations and Accounting and Auditing Procedures committees.

Brenda A. Pawlowski
Serving from 2007-2009
Brenda is a shareholder with Kotzan CPA and Associates PC in Johnstown. She is a past president of the Central Chapter and past chair of her chapter’s CPA Image Enhancement Committee. She is also a former member of the Emerging CPAs, Local Government Accounting and Auditing, and Relations with Schools and Colleges committees. Brenda serves as co-chair of Central Chapter’s Golf Outing Committee. Brenda currently serves on the state’s Local Government Accounting and Auditing Committee and Personal Financial Planning Committee, and the following Central Chapter committees: Member Services, Nominations, and Relations with Schools and Colleges.

Dave is a partner with Appletree & Kern PC in Erie, where he specializes in small business consulting, taxation, and accounting and auditing related services. He is a past president of the Erie Chapter and past chair of Erie’s Emerging CPAs and Community Involvement and Social Responsibility committees.

Debbie is a tax senior manager with Schneider Downs & Co Inc. in Pittsburgh. She is co-chair of Pittsburgh Chapter’s Local Taxation and Government Committee and a member of the Western Pennsylvania Tax Conference Committee. Deb has also served on the Pennsylvania CPA Journal Editorial Board and Relations with Schools and Colleges Committee.
