Financial Controller

Financial Controller needed for subsidiary of publicly held company located in Northwestern Pennsylvania. The Financial Controller will be responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements along with all general accounting activities ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC standards. Other areas of responsibility will include budgeting, forecasting, strategic initiatives and all other assignments as required. Retail experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated leadership skills are a key to success in this position as the incumbent will supervise a staff of 12 and will interact daily with operational personnel.
