Corporate Auditor 

Perform risk assessments on business processes and evaluate the adequacy of internal controls in place to mitigate those risks. Also evaluate operational effectiveness/accuracy of financial records. Provide other value-added business control related services:  including business process reviews, efficiency/effectiveness studies, pre-implementation reviews, and various financial/operational performance analyses. Coordinate and perform due diligence activities. Perform risk assessments on business systems/processes and identify control concerns/opportunities for improvement. Obtain and analyze financial/operational data to assess the adequacy/effectiveness/efficiency of business systems/processes. Analyze financial/operational data to identify trends root causes of business issues and/or opportunities. Make recommendations to management and present agreed-upon actions to improve controls and operational efficiency. Travel approximately 40-50% of the time to Campbell domestic (approximately 70%) and international (approximately 30%) locations (approximately travel 2-3 weeks at a time and 6 times per year with pre-determined travel schedule at the beginning of the fiscal year). B.S. in Accounting. Candidate should possess a minimum 3 years of experience. Audit experience should consist of Big “4” exp. CPA required. Director of Risk Management – Compliance

Description
The creation of this key position represents the Company’s critical first step towards Section 404 compliance and the more strategic objective of aligning Company goals, risks and risk management. This position will oversee building the foundation of the Company’s risk platform by executing and facilitating the initiatives and strategies of the Risk and Audit Committees.

• Coordinate and sustain a company-wide risk assessment, working closely with executive management and the Board of Director’s to identify and prioritize key risk indicators.
• Provide insight into all areas of the Company regarding the effectiveness of internal controls and suggest enhancements to existing controls.
• Coordinate compliance efforts, including internal process review and documentation, key controls identification, testing plan development and results assessment.
• Contribute to any projects relating to the proactive risk identification and mitigation efforts, as well as any other initiatives assigned.
• Support the company’s cost containment initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• CPA, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years Financial Leadership Experience
• Previous risk management and/or SOX compliance experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Retail industry experience

Senior Accountant
