Chief Financial Officer

Dynamic versatile Chief Financial Officer is sought for a growing firm located in South Central Pennsylvania. The position requires a hands-on financial leader to contribute to the company’s continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years senior level accounting experience with 4-5 years in the construction industry. This position provides leadership in the business planning, accounting, budgeting, tax, audit and treasury efforts of the company. The CFO reports directly to the President and is a pro-active business partner and strategic leader of the company. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; CMA certification preferred;  MBA and/or CPA a plus; Knowledge of Sage Timberline Office construction accounting software a must; Strong people skills with a proven record of change, management, business, leadership, strategic planning and execution.
