Committee Appointed Review Team (CART Review)

The firm being reviewed asks PICPA to select reviewer. (This option is only available for engagement and report reviews.)
PICPA requests data concerning the size of the firm, the nature of its practice, and desired geographic locations of reviewers.
The firm has the opportunity to accept or reject the selected reviewer for sufficient reason.
If the reviewer is accepted by the firm, an engagement letter is prepared which includes the fee set by PICPA.
