Program Details

ClassPass cards and coupons may be used for events held between May 1, 2008 and April 30, 2009.

New In addition to being accepted as payment for seminars and a discount for conference registration, the ClassPass card may be used on certain full and partial day chapter-developed CPE programs such as those developed by PICPA committees or staff. Limitations apply as to which programs qualify; regular registration fees will apply for some programs. To ensure the programs you select qualify for ClassPass card use, check individual course descriptions and brochures to confirm acceptance.

A ClassPass card may be transferred once to another individual in the same organization in the event that the original cardholder is no longer employed by that organization. Notify the PICPA Professional Education Team of the transfer immediately. Once transferred it is limited to a total of 40 credits from the time it was originally issued. Once you have purchased the card and have begun to use it, you may not transfer your investment to purchase coupons. Cardholders may not lend their cards to others to enable them to attend a program.

Many course credits can be applied towards CFP®, CLU, ChFC, CFM, CMA, and EA designations. Check full course descriptions and program details at www.picpa.org to be sure that the programs you select qualify.

There is no charge for course cancellations or transfers received five business days prior to the event. A $50 fee will be charged for changes made less than five business days prior to the event (late cancellation, late transfer, and/or no show) to cover incurred material and meal costs.

The ClassPass program is an independent promotion by the PICPA Foundation. It cannot be combined with any other discount offer. The ClassPass program fee is non-refundable. Extensions will not be granted and exceptions will not be made. ClassPass may not be used to register for Webcasts with Society InSight; however, it is accepted for PICPA Webcasts.

ClassPass participants must attend courses in order to receive course materials.
