Audio Visual Guidelines

Audio visual aids can enhance your presentation. We offer the following guidelines for the preparation and use of audio/visuals:

Please advise us of your needs in advance so that we may have everything set up for you by completing the Audio Visual Requirements Form.

Generally, the meeting room is set classroom style. We will provide a lectern microphone and lectern for you. If you require additional equipment, please let us know.

If you plan to use overhead transparencies or slides during your presentation, please include hard copies in your handout materials for us to include in the manual that is provided to participants.
