Exhibitor

Interact one-on-one with your target audience at a PICPA conference. Conferences are held in various locations in the Philadelphia, Harrisburg, and Pittsburgh areas.

Reach a captive audience of CPAs with:

• A highly visible exhibit space to interact with participants throughout the event
• A full-page advertisement in the conference manual distributed to participants.
• Complimentary exhibitor attendance, including lunch, for two company representatives
• Placement of your logo on the conference Web page with a link to your company’s Web site.
• A one-time use mailing list of conference attendees to follow up on leads

If you reserve your space before the promotional material is circulated, you will be included in information sent to more than 10,000 CPAs.

For even greater visibility, your organization can sponsor the back cover of the conference manual, luncheon, networking reception, or the featured speaker at select conferences.

Series Sponsor

Seminar sponsorships are exclusive to one sponsor and provides the opportunity to get your message in front of a target audience on a regular basis. Each seminar series includes four to eight events held from June to December.

Reach a captive audience of CPAs with:

• On-site presence at select seminars to interact with participants throughout the event
• Complimentary sponsor attendance for two company representatives
• Opportunity to briefly address attendees
• A one-time use mailing list of conference attendees

We will select a group of seminars that will put you in front of your target audience. Choose from events in the Philadelphia, Harrisburg, and Pittsburgh areas and reach CPAs with an interest in Financial Services, Taxation, Technology, Industry and more.
