PICPA Scholarships Available for Pa. College Students

PHILADELPHIA – Undergraduate accounting students have access to scholarships worth up to $15,000, sponsored by Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).

Students must be full-time undergraduate students majoring in accounting at a Pennsylvania college or university and have completed a minimum of 36 credit hours to be considered for one of the annual scholarships. Candidates must also have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and should satisfy the requirements of high intellectual capacity, leadership potential, and financial need. The scholarships range from $1,000 to $15,000. Deadline to apply is March 15. Last year PICPA awarded $185,000 to 78 accounting majors.
