New Freedom Resident to Lead Local Chapter of PICPA

Other Area CPAs to Serve as Officers of Chapter

HERSHEY, Pa. – Tami Noll Russo, a certified public accountant, was elected president of the South Central Chapter of Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) for the 2007-2008 fiscal year.

Russo is a certified financial planner with Noll Financial Services in Middletown, Pa. She is a member of the strategic planning committee for the Middletown School District and a member of Elizabethtown College’s Business Alumni Reunion Committee. Russo earned a bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown.

Other 2007-2008 officers elected at PICPA’s South Central Chapter annual meeting include the following:
President-Elect – David E. Coffman, CPA, is a sole proprietor in Harrisburg, Pa. He is a member of the Harrisburg Regional and West Shore chambers of commerce. Coffman holds a bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University, and is a Harrisburg resident.
Vice President Theodore D. Brosius, CPA, is a partner with Boles Metzger Brosius & Ritter PC in Harrisburg. He is treasurer of the Winchester Park Homeowner’s Association and past treasurer of the Teen Challenge Training Center Golf Committee and the Ned Smith Center for Nature and Art. He is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College and resides in Harrisburg. 
Secretary – Michele Clarkson, CPA, is manager of audit and accounting services with bmc in Harrisburg. She is director of the Kiwanis Club of Red Land. Clarkson, who resides in Lewisberry, Pa., is a graduate of Penn State University.
Treasurer – Matthew S. Wildasin, CPA, is a manager at Boyer & Ritter CPAs in Camp Hill, Pa. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Non Profits (PANO). Wildasin, who resides in Hershey, is a graduate of Liberty University.
