Northumberland Resident to Lead Local Chapter of PICPA

Other Area CPAs to Serve as Officers of Chapter

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Romey D. Fagnano, a certified public accountant, was elected president of the North Central Chapter of Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Fagnano specializes in tax preparation and planning at William R. Hoffmann Ltd. He is a graduate of Lycoming College.

Other 2007-2008 officers elected at PICPA’s North Central Chapter annual meeting include the following:
President-Elect – Hood C. Johnston, CPA, is past president of the Lewisburg Sunrise Rotary and is current treasurer of Bucknell University’s alumni Greek council. Johnston, a Lewisburg, Pa., resident, earned a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and a master’s degree in business administration from Rider University.
Secretary – Jennifer L. Rhea, CPA, is a manager at Parente Randolph LLC in Williamsport. She is a member of the board of directors of Valley Prevention Services Inc. Rhea, a Salladasburg, Pa., resident, holds a bachelor’s degree from Lycoming College.
Treasurer – James R. Wehr, CPA, specializes in small business and taxation at Klein & Rizzo Inc. in Williamsport. He serves on the board of directors of the Northcentral Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Red Cross. Wehr, a Montoursville, Pa., resident, earned a bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University.
