South Williamsport Resident Wins Volunteer Award from PICPA

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Brian W. Wingard, a certified public accountant from South Williamsport, received a Volunteer Service Award from the North Central Chapter of Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).

Wingard, who was honored at the chapter’s annual meeting on May 11, received the award for outstanding service and contributions to the chapter and PICPA through his active participation in volunteer opportunities. He is past president of the North Central Chapter. Wingard, a senior manager with Parente Randolph LLC in Williamsport, also speaks on personal financial responsibility to employees at local businesses.
