Pittsburgh-Area Residents Receive Service Awards

PITTSBURGH – Pittsburgh-area residents were honored for their service to Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), the CPA profession, and the community.

Charles K. Clark, Debra A. Ries, and Thomas J. Ryan, all certified public accountants and PICPA members, each received a Distinguished Service Award from PICPA’s Pittsburgh Chapter. Clark, of Clark and Chamberlin, is a Pittsburgh resident who is a past vice president of PICPA and a past president of the Pittsburgh Chapter. Ries, a tax manager at Carmeuse NA, is also a Pittsburgh resident and a past chair of her chapter’s Image Enhancement and Local Taxation and Government committees. Ryan, a partner with Horovitz, Rudoy & Roteman, resides in North Versailles, Pa., and also is a past president of the Pittsburgh Chapter.
