Harrisburg Resident Becomes Vice President of PICPA

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – Kevin M. Mitchell, a certified public accountant from Harrisburg, Pa., was elected 2007-2008 vice president of Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) at the Institute’s annual meeting and conference.

Mitchell is a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Harrisburg. In addition to his PICPA involvement, Mitchell is a former chair of the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy and has served as a board member of the Capitol Area Chamber of Commerce and Susquehanna Housing Inc. He is a graduate of King’s College.

The other officers elected were Denise L. Devine, president (Moylan); Eric P. Wallace, president-elect (Pittsburgh); Susan D. Jarvis, vice president (Nazareth); and Rudolph J. Bilich Jr., treasurer (Pittsburgh).
