Pittsburgh Resident Becomes Treasurer of PICPA

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – Rudolph J. Bilich Jr., a certified public accountant from Pittsburgh, was elected 2007-2008 treasurer of Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) at the Institute’s annual meeting and conference.

Bilich is a tax partner with Deloitte Tax in Pittsburgh. He is a past president of PICPA’s Pittsburgh Chapter and is a current member of PICPA Council.

Other officers elected were Denise L. Devine, president (Moylan); Eric P. Wallace, president-elect (Pittsburgh); Susan D. Jarvis, vice president (Nazareth); and Kevin M. Mitchell, vice president (Harrisburg).
