At the Women’s Leadership Conference in May 2017, Tamera Loerzel addressed many points on how to attract and retain young talent. In a survey listed in The Road to Retention: Motivators and Drivers for Young Public Accounting Professionals, these were the five areas that stood out most to young professionals.
