The Board is PICPA's governing body and
has general charge of the property and affairs of the Institute, the power to direct
and control the expenditure of funds, to formulate and present plans for the
advancement of the Institute, and other responsibilities as assigned.
The Board is comprised of the PICPA officers and seven at-large
directors, who are elected by the members for a two year term. Meetings
will be held quarterly, with additional conference calls or meetings scheduled
as needed.
