The Accounting Standards Thought Leadership Committee will
stay up to date and discuss standards, changes, and implementation challenges
from various standard-setters, in order to create and share knowledge with
PICPA members. The committee will also work with other Thought Leadership Committees
to ensure that unique practice areas and industries are informed of standards
issues that could affect accounting and auditing in those areas. This committee
will likely meet 2-3 times per year.
