2018 - 2019 Central Chapter Leadership

Eugene J. MillerPresident – Eugene J. Miller, CPA

Eugene is the chief financial officer of WRC Senior Services in Brookville, Pa., where he oversees all financial operations of eight senior living communities and manages $35 million in assets.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris University. In addition to his duties, Eugene serves as a deacon in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Erie at Christ the King Catholic Church in Houtzdale, Pa. In his spare time he enjoys woodworking and reading. His favorite author is John Grisham. 

2018-2019 – Chapter Officers

President-Elect – Gina N. Brawley

Gina is the the chief financial officer for Crown American Associates. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition to her PICPA involvement, she is a member of the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown accounting alumni board. In her spare time Gina enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with family.

Secretary – Dwayne M. Ross

Dwayne is a manager at Reilly Creppage & Co. Inc. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University, and has a master's degree in taxation from Robert Morris University. He also has a forensic accounting competency certificate. In addition to his PICPA involvement, he is a part of the Leadership Blair County Class of 2016-2017. His hobbies include ice hockey, travel, and classic cars.

Treasurer – Amanda R. Keiffer

Amanda is a CPA at Keiffer + Associates in Lock Haven, Pa., specializing in nonprofit accounting and management. She has both a bachelor's degree in accounting and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Lock Haven University. In addition to her CPA certification, Amanda holds an NFP certificate from the AICPA. Along with her role in the PICPA, she is the treasurer of Downtown Lock Haven and a board member of the Infant Development Program, Lock Haven Kiwanis, Clinton County Revolving Loan Board, and the Leadership Clinton County Advisory Board. Amanda lives in Lock Haven with her husband Tom, son Conner, and daughter Morgan. In her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends.

 

Join a Chapter Committee
The best way to get involved is to join a committee in your chapter. Examples of committees are the Schools and Colleges Committee, which helps inform the future of the profession, and the Emerging CPAs Committee, which plans events in your area.
