President – Dwayne M. Ross, CPA

Dwayne is a manager at Reilly Creppage & Co. Inc. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University, and has a master's degree in taxation from Robert Morris University. He also has a forensic accounting competency certificate. In addition to his PICPA involvement, he is a part of the Leadership Blair County Class of 2016-2017. His hobbies include ice hockey, travel, and classic cars.

2020-2021 – Chapter Officers

President-Elect – Amanda R. Oechler, CPA

Amanda is a CPA and owner of ARO & Company in Lock Haven, Pa., specializing in nonprofit accounting and management. She has two bachelor’s degrees in both accounting and business administration from Lock Haven University. Along with her CPA license, Amanda holds an NFP certificate from the AICPA. 
In addition to her involvement with PICPA, Amanda is the Finance Chair of the Infant Development Program and a board member of the Susquehanna Health Foundation. She lives in Lock Haven with her boyfriend, Eddie, and their children. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time family and friends. 

Secretary – TK Dean, CPA

TK is a partner with Okonak, Dean & Lechner PC, specializing in audit and assurance. He earned his bachelor's degree in business economics and accounting from Randolph Macon College and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. TK is a member of the AICPA and co-chair of the small business partners committee of the Blair County Chamber of Commerce. He is also a trustee for the Keller Church and Cemetery Association. He lives in Hollidaysburg with his wife, Sarah, and their two children, Addison and Tyler. In his spare time he enjoys running, fishing, and sports collectibles.

Treasurer – Albert H. Clocker, CPA

Albert is a CPA and manager at Wessel & Company in Johnstown, Pa. with a specialty in audits. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wilkes University and his master’s in professional accounting from Penn State. Along with his wife, Karleigh, Albert lives in Johnstown. His hobbies include sports, cooking, and spending time with family. Additionally, he serves as Treasurer for the Emerging Professionals in Cambria. 



Join a Chapter Committee
One of the easiest ways to get involved with the PICPA is to join a committee in your chapter. Examples range from the Schools and Colleges Committee to the Emerging CPAs Committee.
