The expert panel will be comprised of a business transaction attorney, a CPA whose firm has bought accounting practices, and a CPA practice continuation consultant.

Night at the Philadelphia 76ers

The Greater Philadelphia Chapter held its first-ever Night at the Philadelphia 76ers on Jan. 11 as a sold-out event! Registration included a networking happy hour at the Patriot Partner Lounge and admission to the game. The Philadelphia 76ers CFO, Andy Speiser, also held a Q&A session for attendees. View more>

Volunteer Opportunities

VITA Volunteers Needed for Tax Season

Ceiba, a community organization that promotes the financial development of the Latino community in Philadelphia, is seeking volunteers to assist low-income families access the Earned Income Tax Credit and maximize their refund through free tax preparation. 

Free IRS-certified tax training provided. Spanish speakers encouraged to apply, but Spanish speaking ability is not required. Volunteers are protected from liability under the Volunteer Protection Act.
