2019-2020 Greater Philadelphia Chapter Leadership


President – Luigi Corrado Jr., CPA

Luigi is the owner of CAG Consulting in Lansdale, Pa. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from La Salle University and a master of taxation from Villanova University. Luigi is a Greater Philadelphia Chapter representative on PICPA Council, and was recognized for the PICPA Young Leaders Award in 2013. In addition, Luigi is a USA Hockey official, an active golfer, and outdoorsman. 

2019-2020 Chapter Officers

President-Elect – Kathleen O. Rue, CPA

Kathleen works as the director of finance at the YWCA Bucks County, and also provides contract accounting services. Prior to her current positions, Kathy was a member of the management team at Bookminders Philadelphia, where she worked serving a variety of closely held and nonprofit clients. Kathy chairs the PICPA Not-for-Profit Conference Planning Committee and volunteers with several community organizations. She is board treasurer at The Council of Southeast Pennsylvania, a nonprofit based in Doylestown, Pa.  

Secretary – R. Charles Waring, CPA

Charles is a director, assurance and technology control services, with Eisner Amper in Philadelphia. He is chair of the State Legislative Committee and serves on PICPA Council and the CPA-PAC Board. He received the PICPA 40 Under 40 award in 2011. A graduate of Villanova University, Charles lives in Media with his wife and son. 

Treasurer – Chris J. Jud, CPA

Chris is a manager in the private client group at Marcum Financial Services’ Philadelphia office. He provides strategic financial planning services for individuals, families, and their businesses. Chris’s focus is on integrated wealth and tax planning, compliance, and consulting services. He is experienced in federal and Pennsylvania estate, gift, and inheritance matters.

Chris serves as co-chair of the PICPA’s Careers & Lifestyles Committee. He is the incoming Greater Philadelphia Chapter treasurer, and was previously selected to the 40 Under 40: PICPA Members to Watch. He was a dual major in accounting and finance at La Salle University, and earned a master in taxation from Villanova University. He is a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.
