President – Mark Rice, CPA

Mark is compensation and benefits manager at Woodlands Bank. He received his bachelor’s degree from Lycoming College. Mark was in the Leadership Lycoming class of 2007. Mark is the treasurer for the Greater Lycoming Habitat for Humanity and a member of the finance committee for Thrive International Programs. He is also a peer mentor for the American Brain Tumor Association. He lives in Loyalsock Township, has a son, Gavin, and enjoys history, sports, reading, and music.

2020-2021 Chapter Officers

President-Elect – Ralph E. Diodata, CPA

Ralph is the chief financial officer at Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships, specializing in automotive dealership accounting. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Temple University and is a member of the AICPA. He is also active with various Ronald McDonald House Charities. Ralph lives in Bloomsburg with his wife (and fellow CPA) Sara, and their three children: Marissa, Alexa, and Nicholas. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, and following Philadelphia sports teams.

Secretary/Treasurer – Katelyn R. Hoover, CPA

Katelyn is a manager at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP in Williamsport, Pa. with a specialty in audit and assurance and healthcare practice. She attended Susquehanna University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2012. She went on to earn her master’s in accounting from Syracuse University in 2013. Since then, she has remained involved in several groups including the Leadership Lycoming Class of 2018, Leadership Lycoming Finance Committee, and the AICPA. She was the recipient of the PICPA 2018 Young Leader Award.

Currently living in Williamsport with her husband, Bryan, and two dogs, Katelyn stays busy as the assistant volleyball coach at Lycoming College. She also enjoys traveling, trivia, and reading in her spare time. 

Join a Chapter Committee
One of the easiest ways to get involved with the PICPA is to join a committee in your chapter. Examples range from the Schools and Colleges Committee to the Emerging CPAs Committee.
