President – Heather M. Demshock, CPA

Heather is an associate professor of accounting at Lycoming College. She received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Old Dominion University and a master's degree in accounting from Liberty University. Heather was a recipient of the PICPA's 2016 Young Leader Award and the Foremost Under 40 award from Pa. Business Central. She also serves on the Williamsport Tax Appeals Board. In her free time she enjoys working out and traveling.


2019-2020 Chapter Officers

President-Elect – Mark Rice, CPA

Mark is compensation and benefits manager at Woodlands Bank. He received his bachelor's degree from Lycoming College. Mark was in the Leadership Lycoming Class of 2007 and is a member of HFMA. He is treasurer on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity and is a peer mentor for the American Brain Tumor Association. His lives in Loyalsock Township, has a son Gavin, and enjoys history, sports, reading, and music.

Secretary/Treasurer – Ralph E. Diodata, CPA

Ralph is the chief financial officer at Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships, specializing in automotive dealership accounting. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Temple University and is a member of the AICPA. He is also active with various Ronald McDonald House Charities. Ralph lives in Bloomsburg with his wife (and fellow CPA) Sara, and their three children: Marissa, Alexa, and Nicholas. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, and following Philadelphia sports teams.

Join a Chapter Committee
The best way to get involved is to join a committee in your chapter. Examples of committees are the Schools and Colleges Committee, which helps inform the future of the profession, and the Emerging CPAs Committee, which plans events in your area.
