2019-2020 Pittsburgh Chapter Leadership

Zovko_Joe_PBPresident – Joseph C. Zovko, CPA

Joe is a partner with Louis Plung & Company LLP, where he works in audit and assurance. He specializes in not-for-profit, employee benefit plans, and real estate. He earned his bachelor's degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Joe was a member of Leadership Pittsburgh Class XXXII and is a current member of the AICPA. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family.

2019-2020 Chapter Officers

President-Elect – Jeffrey W. Kent, CPA

Jeff is a partner at Maher Duessel, where he specializes in audits of governmental nonprofit organizations. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Grove City College. Besides his work for the PICPA, Jeff is a member of the board of directors and finance committee of Auberle. Outside work, he is an active golfer and enjoys spending time with family.

Vice President – Richard L. Ward, CPA

Richard is a CPA financial planner for Capital Configuration LLC. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University, has his CPA license, and is a CFP candidate. Richard is a member of the Penn State Alumni Association and NABA. When he's not volunteering, he enjoys coaching youth basketball and golfing with friends. 

Secretary – Kathy D. Sisler, CPA

Kathy is a senior tax manager at H2R CPA in Greentree, Pa., where she specializes in small-business and high-net-worth clients. She holds both the CPA and CGMA credentials, and earned her bachelor's degree from Grove City College. Kathy lives in Harrisville, Pa., with her husband, Carl. When she is not in the office, she enjoys golfing, reading, traveling, and spending time with her son, Chris. 

Treasurer – Travis S. Coble, CPA

Travis is senior manager at Herbein + Comany Inc., and specializes in audit and accounting with a focus in manufacturing and distribution. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University. Travis lives in Cranberry Township, Pa., with his wife Marla, son Nathan, and daughters Allison and Hannah. In his spare time he enjoys golf and following Penn State football. 



Join a Chapter Committee
The best way to get involved is to join a committee in your chapter. Examples of committees are the Schools and Colleges Committee, which helps inform the future of the profession, and the Emerging CPAs Committee, which plans events in your area.
