Sarah Haflett is Senior Manager of PwC’s Health Research Institute (HRI). HRI is a dedicated research group that provides new intelligence, perspective, and analysis on major health-related business issues. Sarah leads the development of thought leadership and research initiatives in the areas of innovation and health information technology across the healthcare sectors. She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in business management from Bucknell University. Sarah has 12 years of experience in healthcare in the areas of planning and strategy, marketing, and hospital operations. Before coming to HRI, Sarah managed client engagements in PwC’s health industries consulting practice. Prior to joining PwC in 2004, Sarah worked for Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals in Philadelphia.
