As a former chief executive officer and founder of Philadelphia’s premier tax
practice, Jane focuses on the needs of family owned and entrepreneurial owned
businesses. As an ambassador of Armanino and with her acute understanding and
strong relationships in the Philadelphia community, Jane finds the answers. Jane
has proven expertise in family business consulting, family wealth issues, and
board governance.
Jane is active in our community and serves on many civic and
community boards. Currently, they include:
• Temple University since
2008 where she serves as a trustee and on various committees including the
Executive Committee and Chair of the Audit Committee.
• The
Philadelphia Foundation since 2020.
• Philadelphia Center City District
Foundation since 2018.
• The Women’s Nonprofit Leadership Initiative
(WNLI) since 2012
Jane sharpened her business acumen and acute sense of governance having
served on publicly reporting company boards since 1992. She currently serves on
the boards of Penn National Gaming, Inc (NASDAQ: PENN) where she chairs the
Audit Committee and serves on the Compliance Committee. She is also Chair of the
Board of Mathematica Policy Research. Prior public board seats include: The Pep
Boys (NYSE: PBY); Myers Industries (NYSE: MYE) DiGiorgio Corporation (DGI);
Keystone Health Plan East (KHPE); First Penn Bank.
Her contributions have been recognized over the years with honors from
Temple University, Temple University Hospital, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation,
and various other community awards.
