John J. Jablonski is a partner in Goldberg Segalla’s New York and Buffalo offices, where he serves as chair of the firm’s Cyber Risk and Information Governance Practice Groups.  He is a frequent presenter and author on data security and privacy.  He is the author of 7 Steps for Litigation Holds of ESI and Other Documents (ARMA 2009).  John focuses his practice on counselling client on information governance, data security and privacy including policies, procedures, assessments, opinions, IT governance.  He drafts contract terms, security and privacy addendums and negotiates technology contracts and advises clients on responding to regulatory and third-party security and privacy audits.

Jonathan S. Ziss, Esq., is chair of the firm’s Management and Professional Liability Practice Group, chair of its Aviation Litigation Practice Group, and a member of its Commercial Litigation and Cybersecurity practices. He devotes much of his practice to the representation of professionals, including accountants, attorneys, bankers, design professionals, insurance agents/brokers, directors and officers, and fiduciaries, in administrative and civil proceedings. He counsels and defends not-for-profit entities such as homeowners’ associations, faith-based organizations, and others, in management liability litigation as well as non-litigated disputes. Jonathan counsels clients and litigates, arbitrates, and mediates commercial disputes in a wide range of industries, from healthcare to hospitality. In addition, as a member of the firm’s cyber incident response team, he manages compliance and loss mitigation campaigns in the aftermath of data breaches.

Jimmy Paulino is an attorney in the Rochester office of Goldberg Segalla, where he specializes in data management and security, cyber breach response, and business and commercial litigation. A graduate of Notre Dame Law School, the University of York (England), and University of Rochester, Jimmy has been recognized as the New York State Bar Association's Outstanding Young Lawyer for 2013, Rochester Business Journal 40 under 40, Monroe County Bar Association's Emerging Bar Leader, The Daily Record’s Up-and-Coming Attorney, and Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2014 - 2016.
