Stephanie Hollick, CPA has 20 years of experience in the profession.  She is a graduate from Bloomsburg University. Stephanie started her with Baker Tilly in 2004. During her time there, she served on the National Growth and Retention of Women (GROW) committee as the liaison between the local GROW champions and the National Committee.  She was recognized as a Women of Excellence Class of 2012, by the YWCA of Northcentral Pennsylvania.
During her 16 years at Baker Tilly, Stephanie specialized in Healthcare audit and tax. She played an active role in the Healthcare Financial Management Association, serving as the President of the Central PA Chapter from 2013-2014.  Then as Regional Executive overseeing the State of Pennsylvania and New Jersey from 2018-2019.
Stephanie became a CPA in 2008. Over her career she has been active with the PICPA.  In 2011, she was one of the 40 under 40 recipients.  She served as President of the North Central Chapter from 2017-2018.  She currently is serving as a Council Member. 
Stephanie worked for Geisinger Health System as their Director of Finance for the Northcentral Region, before making the leap into the craft beverage industry.  Stephanie is now the Chief Financial Officer of Bald Birds Brewing Company and Four Birds Distilling Company. 
Based on square footage, Bald Birds Brewing Company is the largest craft brewery in the state of Pennsylvania with 153,000 square feet.  In 2023, Bald Birds should be within the top 10 of Pennsylvania Beverage manufacturers based on output ounces.  At 4,000 liters, Four Birds Distilling Company has the largest operating craft still in Pennsylvania and launched a canned cocktail at Super Bowl LVII in Arizona.

Joanne M. Judge, Esq., CPA, is the Co-Chair of the Health Law Department at Stevens & Lee, a regional law firm with 250 professionals. She previously served as President of Community Hospital of Lancaster and was formerly its chief financial officer.

She received her B.S. in Accounting from St. Joseph's University, and a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. Joanne focuses her practice in transactional and regulatory matters for health care systems, long-term care and senior living organizations and physician practices, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations and reorganizations, contracting, licensure, and compliance-related issues.

Joanne served as the National Chairman of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and was honored in 1999 with the Frederick C. Morgan Award. She has served in leadership capacities in community and professional organizations, including as Chairman of the Lancaster and Reading YMCAs and the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce. She is the Immediate Past Chair of the board of Alvernia University, and Chair of the Berks Workforce Investment Board, and a member of the Reading Public Museum Board. She is the Chair of the Board of Irex Corporation, a specialty contracting business. She was previously honored as one of Pennsylvania's inaugural Best 50 Women in Business, and received the Athena Award from the Berks Chamber of Commerce. As published in Philadelphia magazine, Joanne has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for the last seven years.

Michael A. Morse is a partner of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP, where he serves as Chair of the Qui Tam Practice Group.  Mr. Morse is also a member of the Government Enforcement, Compliance, and White Collar Litigation Group as well as the Health Care and Litigation Practice Groups.

He served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office from 1997-2000. As an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Morse handled hundreds of felony cases, and briefed and argued numerous cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme and Superior Courts.

Mr. Morse has developed a nationwide practice representing whistleblowers, under federal and state false claims acts, who report fraud committed against the government by corporations and individuals. He represents whistleblowers from across the United States who have exposed fraud against the federal and state governments in the areas of: pharmaceutical sales and marketing; health care; defense contracting; finance; federal stimulus; construction; research; collection; and government procurement.
