Courtney Midanek is a Senior Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice of Kaufman Hall. She works with a variety of healthcare clients, providing merger, acquisition, and other partnership advisory services primarily to not-for-profit healthcare providers on both the acute and non-acute care businesses, including labs and home health & hospice. Ms. Midanek has nearly 20 years of experience in capital markets, valuation, and M&A.

Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Ms. Midanek was in the Business Expansion Group of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association (BCBSA), where she provided support on strategic assets and partnerships to the association and BCBS Plans. Prior to BCBSA, she held various roles at BMO Capital Markets, with a focus on M&A in the Corporate Development Group. Ms. Midanek began her career as an industry generalist in the M&A advisory group at Robert W. Baird & Co.
 
Ms. Midanek holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with concentrations in Finance and Management & Strategy. She has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
