Kevin F. Brennan, CPA, FHFMA is the Executive Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer of Geisinger Health System and Treasurer of the Foundation. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for all of the System financial operations and directs key functions including: treasury management, revenue cycle, financial reporting, budgeting, third party contracting, compliance, payroll, accounts payable, tax, decision support, mergers and acquisitions and financial systems, including workforce management. Mr. Brennan holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, both from LaSalle University in Philadelphia. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1979 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association since 1992 and also serves on HFMA Principles and Practices accounting rule making body.
