This presentation will be on general issues with local earned income tax in Pennsylvania as well as compliance issues with Pennsylvania Act 32 of 2008. The topics covered will include a brief general overview of the local earned income tax system, compliance requirements for Act 32 of 2008 (including how to make sure your clients are in compliance with the requirements), as well as the impact of Act 32 on local earned income tax collection.

In this 50-minute session, Mr. Calcara will provide an insider’s perspective on what’s happening in Harrisburg, detail legislation our state lawmakers are taking up, discuss Wolf’s budget proposal, and provide an update on PICPA’s legislative agenda.
