South Central Chapter 34th Annual Sports Day Picnic & Volleyball Tournament

The South Central Chapter Member Services Committee is proud to present the 34th Annual Sports Day Picnic & Volleyball Tournament. This annual favorite is a great way to meet fellow chapter members in a fun and casual setting! Don't play volleyball? Feel free to bring a frisbee, bocce ball set or other sports equipment to the park. 

Lunch will be provided,as well as drinks and snacks, throughout the afternoon. Dinner will be served after the volleyball tournament. The menu includes steamed clams, steak, and all the trimmings.

All teams must register by July 26th!

Schedule:

• 10:00 a.m. - Tournament Begins
• 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. - Lunch
• 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Dinner

Register yourself plus guests. Please register multiple teams separately.

Teams must provide the name and email address of their team captain to Jennifer Howard at(215) 405-0314 or jhoward@picpa.org.

• $100 Sign Sponsor – Includes 1 volleyball field banner
• $300 Standard Package – Includes registration for 1 team (6 players) & 1 volleyball field banner
• $750 Premium Package – Includes registration for 2 teams (12 players), 3 volleyball field banners, and company logo on posters
• $1,000 Title Sponsor– Includes registration for 1 team (6 players) & 5 volleyball field banners, company banner displayed in pavilion, 2-3 minutes to address attendees at dinner, company logo on registration page and posters

Volleyball Team Entry Guidelines:

• Team maximum: 6 players per side (you can play with fewer). 
• Free substitution of players permitted.
• One female player must be on the court at all times.
• Firms are encouraged to enter more than one team, or combine with other firms in order to make a team. To make a complete “firm team” non-CPA employees are welcome.
• Playoff format will be determined by number of teams entering (round robin, elimination, etc.) in order. To properly set up a schedule within the day’s time constraints, teams must be registered in advance.
• Please indicate if you are a competitive or noncompetitive team.
