Previously, Jeff has worked as the Director of Revenue Cycle Applications for a multi-billion dollar dialysis provider as well as providing over 13 years of revenue cycle-specific consulting for two of the big four consulting firms. Jeff is well versed in integrating technology to enable business processes. Healthcare systems experience includes Epic, Siemens, McKesson, and Cerner financial packages.

Cari O’Leary is a Managing Director in our Regulatory Compliance Service Network focusing on the healthcare provider segment. Cari provides national leadership for our Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) practice, and is based in New York.

Cari has more than 25 years of hands-on industry experience as both a clinician and a consultant. A Registered nurse and certified clinical documentation specialist, she provides diagnostic assessments of an entity’s clinical documentation capabilities and develops remediation activities such as training and education programs.

KPMG’s Clinical Documentation Solutions focus on improving the quality of documented information and increasing revenues and cash flows, while minimizing compliance errors, which serve as roadblocks in the overall reimbursement process for hospitals nationwide. Cari is also a national speaker on issues related to documentation and the integrity of audit contracts.

Cari comes to us from CSG Health Solutions, LLC where she was a founding partner. As an experienced practitioner, she was involved in all aspects of company operations including sales and marketing, customer relations, and client delivery. Her prior experience includes consulting roles with Accenture, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young U.S. LLC, and Ernst & Young.
Cari holds a BS degree in nursing.
