Neil leads Susquehanna's Capital Markets team and is responsible for the
Interest Rate Hedging, FX and Global Trade Finance business units. Neil
previously led the consulting arm of the Financial Institutions group at Chatham
Financial, where he was a key advisor to more than 75 bank management teams as
well as the FDIC during the financial crisis. Neil also led banking
relationships for the Fixed Income, Capital Markets division at investment
banking firm Janney Montgomery Scott. Previously, Neil served as an Airborne
Officer in the US Army's 3rd Infantry Division and did two combat tours in Iraq
(2003, 2006). Neil has been a speaker at numerous financial services conferences
while also regularly engaging with industry groups, senior level regulators and
members of Congress on regulatory issues. Neil graduated with a BA from
Villanova University.

Razvan Ionescu is responsible for FX sales, structuring and negotiating
customer FX transactions at Citizens Bank. Razvan works closely with CFOs,
treasurers, and controllers to deliver the bank's international services
offering. Previously with Susquehanna Bank and advisory firms Chatham Financial
and KPMG, Razvan brings extensive foreign currency and risk management
consulting experience with multinational companies and private equity funds, as
well as a background in public accounting and financial statement audit and
analysis. Razvan is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor's degree
in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and a Masters in Finance
from London Business School.
