Jane is active in our community and serves on many civic and community boards. Currently, they include:
• Temple University since 2008 where she serves as a trustee and on various committees including the Executive Committee and Chair of the Audit Committee. 
• The Philadelphia Foundation since 2020.
• Philadelphia Center City District Foundation since 2018.
• The Women’s Nonprofit Leadership Initiative (WNLI) since 2012

Jane sharpened her business acumen and acute sense of governance having served on publicly reporting company boards since 1992. She currently serves on the boards of Penn National Gaming, Inc (NASDAQ: PENN) where she chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Compliance Committee. She is also Chair of the Board of Mathematica Policy Research. Prior public board seats include: The Pep Boys (NYSE: PBY); Myers Industries (NYSE: MYE) DiGiorgio Corporation (DGI); Keystone Health Plan East (KHPE); First Penn Bank.

Her contributions have been recognized over the years with honors from Temple University, Temple University Hospital, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and various other community awards.

H. Richard Haverstick, Jr.

Rich spent most of his professional career with EY, one of the largest professional services firms in the world.  Rich served in a variety of leadership roles at EY, including Managing Partner of the Philadelphia Office, Banking Industry Leader for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the United States and Partner-in-Charge of Human Resources for the Mid-Atlantic region. Throughout his career with EY, Rich led many teams providing assurance and advisory services to publicly held companies with domestic and international operations.

Currently, Rich is a board member and chairs the audit committee of Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) and the BMT Multi-Cap Fund (“BMTMX”) sponsored by The Bryn Mawr Trust Company. Rich was a board member and served on the audit committee of Actua Corporation (NASDAQ: ACTA) until February 2018 following its delisting under the shareholder-approved plan of dissolution recommended by the board.

Rich is also a trustee of Jefferson, which is comprised of Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health, where he is a member of the Executive Committee of the board, chair of the Finance Committee, vice-chair of the Compensation and Human Capital Committee and the former chair of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.

Over his career, Rich has held board positions with many civic organizations, including the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Philadelphia CEO Council for Growth, the Greater Philadelphia First Corporation, the Philadelphia Bar Foundation, the Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Red Cross, the Philadelphia Arts and Business Council, Movement Theatre International and the PenJerDel Council. Rich served as President, the youngest in chapter history, of the 6,500-member Philadelphia Chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 

Rich is chair of the Temple University Fox School Accounting Advisory Board and a member of the Dean’s Council of the Fox School.  Rich was honored by Temple University’s Fox School Accounting Department in 2014 with the Excellence in Service Award, and with the Beta Alpha Psi Outstanding Alumnus Award in 2013 and 2000. Rich was inducted into the Fox School Gallery of Success in 2006 and delivered the commencement address at the Fox School Graduate Degree ceremony in January 2009, and the Undergraduate Degree ceremony in January 2002.

Charisse Lillie

Charisse R. Lillie serves as Fellow and Vice President of Community Investment for Comcast Corporation and as Executive Vice President of the Comcast Foundation.

Charisse joined Comcast in 2005 as Vice President, Human Resources, Comcast Corporation, and Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Comcast Cable. Additionally, she served as President of the Comcast Foundation from 2011 through 2016.  Prior to joining Comcast she was a partner in the law firm of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP in Philadelphia from January 1992 to February 2005. She was Chair of the Litigation Department from 2002 to 2005, and was a member of the Employment and Labor Law Group of the firm. She also served as an advisor to clients on diversity and anti-discrimination issues. She is a frequent lecturer regarding diversity, community investment and corporate social responsibility.

Prior to joining the firm, Charisse’s legal experience included positions as Trial Attorney, U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division; Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; General Counsel to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia; and City Solicitor of the City of Philadelphia. In addition, Charisse has been a member of many civic commissions. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of NBCUniversal Foundation, The Franklin Institute, Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company and the Philadelphia Electric Company, an Exelon Company. She served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Howard University from 2004-2016 and is the former chair of the Board of The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. In 2012, she received the Inaugural Diversity Leadership Award from Temple University Law Alumni Association. She has been honored by CableFAX: The Magazine in 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012 and 2011 as one of the most influential minorities and powerful women in cable. Additionally, in 2016 she was named a "Woman to Watch" by Multichannel News.

The Houston, Texas native received her B.A. in 1973 from Wesleyan University (cum laude); her J.D. in 1976 from Temple Law School (Dean’s Honor List); and her LL.M. in 1982 from Yale Law School. She was awarded an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Seton Hill University, Greensburg, PA, in 2005. In 2011, she was awarded an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree from Peirce College in Philadelphia, PA. In 2013, she was awarded an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from Cheyney University. She worked as a research assistant to the Honorable A. Leon Higginbotham, Jr. from 1975 to 1976 on his first book, In The Matter of Color. Charisse was law clerk to the Honorable Clifford Scott Green, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 1976 to 1978.

Jeff Constable

Jeff Constable is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Financial Officer, Financial Services and Private Equity practices. Jeff has advised a diverse array of both large- and mid-cap clients in their searches for chief financial officers, board directors and other senior leaders. He has also worked with corporate boards, investment firms and family enterprises that are going through leadership transitions and succession planning processes within their organizations. Jeff has led client engagements across industries throughout the U.S. and in Europe, for public companies as well as family-owned and private equity-backed businesses. A consultant with Spencer Stuart since 2003, Jeff previously led the firm’s Philadelphia office for six years. He currently sits on Spencer Stuart’s audit committee.

Extensive financial services and investor experience

Jeff has worked with clients across the financial services industry, spanning insurance, consumer financial services, banking, investment firms and family offices. He also advises private equity companies and their boards on a range of leadership issues, from CEO succession planning to internal talent assessment.

Jeff also brings expertise in several industry sectors outside of financial services, including industrial, distribution and business-to-business services. He is also a frequent speaker on topics ranging from the CFO market to career management strategies at various industry and university events.

Before his career in executive search, Jeff worked at Corporate Executive Board, where he was instrumental in the formation and early growth of the company’s CFO and corporate strategy business lines. Earlier, Jeff was a banker with NationsBank (now Bank of America) and an award-winning high school mathematics teacher.

Jeff lives outside of Philadelphia and is the former chair of the board of the Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital Foundation. He also serves on the advisory board of NewSpring Holdings, a middle-market private equity investment firm. Jeff holds a degree in mathematics from Duke University and an M.B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan.
