Veteran board members Rich Haverstick, Charisse Lillie, and Jane Scaccetti  will share their strategies for getting on a corporate board, navigating the selection process, and providing key insights into their responsibilities as board members. Moderated by Jeff Constable, a partner at Spencer Stuart, this illustrious panel will also provide their perspectives on the current trends in board governance and how they might factor into your plan for a seat at the table.
