Brian has more than 20 years of specialized business consulting experience. His engagements have involved clients in a wide variety of industries including: governmental, manufacturing, retail, banking, not-for-profit, and insurance, waste management and construction.

Brian’s clients have ranged from small, closely held businesses to large publicly traded multinational companies.

Brian has significant experience working in the area of litigation support, forensic accounting and fraud investigations. Brian’s specific experience includes commercial and economic damages, white-collar crime and criminal tax investigations, business valuations, financial restructuring and transformation consulting, due diligence and construction claims.

Patricia Giudici, CPA

Patricia is a Senior Manager in the Audit and Assurance Services Department with 15 years of experience serving a diverse group of companies within the technology (life science and software developers), manufacturing and distribution, private equity and employee benefit plan sectors. She has significant experience in working with start-up companies and private equity backed companies.  Patricia has a broad depth of experience in the areas of revenue recognition, complex debt and equity transactions and inventory costing. She is responsible for planning and managing the execution of engagements, oversight of the preparation and review of the financial statements and audit reports, and technical matters. She is a group leader for the Professional Services Group and a member of the Employee Benefit Plan Group at Schneider Downs & Co., Inc.

Brian is a Senior Manager in the Audit and Assurance Services Department with more than 10 years of experience in public accounting.  A Robert Morris University graduate, his responsibilities are to provide clients with audit and assurance services, and assistance with routine and complex transactions on a daily basis.  His experience includes clients from a variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing, retail and not-for-profit entities and sizes, including start-ups and public filing entities.  He is a member of the AICPA and PICPA and a member of Schneider Downs & Co., Inc. Manufacturing Industry Group.

Eric Fair, CISA - Senior IT Auditor:

Eric is a senior associate in the Internal Audit Services Department. He joined Schneider Downs in 2011 and has more than seven years of IT experience, managing, supporting and implementing a wide variety of systems, with broad knowledge and experience in working with MS Windows/Active Directory, MS SQL and Oracle databases, and Cisco and HP network appliances. More recently, he has utilized the SANS 20 Critical Security Controls (CSC) and NIST Cybersecurity Framework to measure clients’ current risk posture against cybersecurity threats. As an IT auditor, Eric has more than four years of experience providing IT internal audit co- sourcing and outsourcing consulting services across various industries. His in-depth experience includes designing, testing, reviewing and reporting within the following audit areas: Sarbanes- Oxley 404, AT-101 SOC2, SSAE 16 (SOC 1 & SysTrust), IT General Controls, PCI-DSS, IT Risk Assessment and Compliance, Network Security Assessments, including but not limited to: Internal Network Assessment and External Penetration, Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan Development and Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). He has also performed third-party risk assessments for various financial institutions in support of their vendor risk management programs.

Eric previously served in IT roles where he supervised approximately a dozen staff to ensure optimum system uptime and end-user satisfaction, while also performing network administrative functions. He worked with the internal audit team to provide requested system data, and was involved in gauging the new hire, termination and transfer process among IT, Internal Audit and Human Resources. Eric worked as IT liaison with several public accounting firms in an effort to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley, while providing the requested data needed throughout the engagements.

William Deller

Bill is a Senior IT Auditor within the Risk Advisory Services team at Schneider Downs & Co. Inc. Bill joined Schneider Downs in 2013 after working as a Business Analyst for a boutique management consulting firm. He has over 4 total years of experience within IT Audit and Risk Assurance. Bill holds a BSBA from Duquesne University in Information Systems Management and has obtained certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP), and Six Sigma Yellow Belt (SSYB). Bill serves as the Director of Career and Student Outreach for ISACA’s Pittsburgh Chapter, and is actively involved in the InfraGard Pittsburgh Chapter.

Jaye Wilson, CIA

As a manager in our Risk Advisory Services practice, Jaye brings more than 12 years of experience in internal audit, risk advisory and strategy and operations consulting; specializing in business process reviews, risk assessments, operational, risk and compliance audits and special projects. Additional experience includes data analytics and SOC 1 and SOC 2 control design/testing/report development.

Prior to Schneider Downs, Jaye was with professional consulting services firms Deloitte and RGP providing strategy and operations project management in areas of accounting, finance, internal audit, information management and supply chain for public and private clients.
