Wayfair, which is a significant development in state and local tax.  It is important that all taxpayers understand how the Wayfair decision will impact their business and how other states are reacting to the Wayfair decision and whether taxpayers may see other states enacting economic nexus laws
  • Discussion on practical considerations for taxpayers on how to manage the potential increased compliance burden and potential lingering questions from the Wayfair and try to predict what the states, and taxpayers, will do next
