Jim has 18 years of experience in IT audit, third-party reporting, consulting, and risk management roles.  He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified in Risk Management Assurance, and a Certified Financial Services Auditor.  He has held positions in public accounting, internal audit, and corporate performance.  Prior to joining CliftonLarsonAllen, Jim spent 10 years in Big 4, and worked for CitiBank, AMP, and Capital BlueCross.  He has spoken on third-party reporting, ERM, ERP, and IT security related topics for the MACPA, PICPA, GFOA, AICPA, AGA, NASACT, and client specific organizations.
