Tara Bender is a partner of Campbell, Rappold & Yurasits, LLP with more than twenty years of experience in public accounting.  She has experience in the areas of taxation, audits, reviews and compilations for individuals and both profit and not-for-profit corporations including procedures in accordance with OMB Uniform Guidance, and student financial aid audits performed under the Department of Education Audit Guide. Tara is also qualified to perform peer review engagements.  A graduate of Kutztown University, Tara is a member of the AICPA and PICPA.  Tara is a member of the Board of Directors of PICPA  and serves on the PICPA state audit committee and the education committee.  She is past-president of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the PICPA.  She is a past Board member and Treasurer of Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley, Inc. and Emmanuel Assembly of God and currently serves Emmanuel as Finance Committee Chair.  She is also a member of CREW Lehigh Valley

Rosemary Lamaestra, CPA, CFE

Rosemary Lamaestra is a manager in the Allentown office of RLB with more than a decade of experience in public accounting. She specializes in small businesses, not-for-profit organizations and individual clients. Her areas of expertise include forensic accounting, tax planning and preparation, advisory services, and accounting functions. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, she has earned the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner.

Rosemary is a member of the American Institute and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Association of Fraud Examiners. She is a past-president of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants Lehigh Valley Chapter and currently serves on the PICPA state council, forensic, image enhancement and by-laws committees, as well as several committees at the chapter level. Rosemary holds the office of Board Secretary for the Berks Earned Income Tax Bureau – a not-for-profit organization established to collect the earned income taxes for Berks County. She is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Brandywine Heights School District having served eight years with over two years of that time as president. Rosemary is a Board member of Meal on Wheels of Lehigh County and serves the community through various volunteer efforts with other local non-profit and community-based organizations.

She is a summa cum laude graduate of Alvernia University with a degree in Accounting and Business Management.

North Penn Legal Services

Lori started work for Lehigh Valley Legal Services in 1997, first as a staff attorney and then managing attorney and Director of Legal Advocacy for North Penn Legal Services’ Lehigh Valley office.

Ms. Molloy is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and Temple University School of Law.

Prior to working at NPLS, she was a law clerk in both the Philadelphia and Lehigh County Courts of Common Pleas. She works out of our Bethlehem location and can be reached at 610-317-8757.
