Joanne has over 15 years of accounting experience with regional and national public accounting firms in the areas of employee benefit plans. She has been responsible for all areas related to audits and reviews of single employer, multiemployer and multiple-employer sponsored plans, including defined benefit, defined contribution, 403(b), ESOP and health and welfare benefit plans.
Joanne is a Local Office Coordinator for BDO’s National Employee Benefit Plan Team. She is a member of the National Employee Benefit Plan Team and is involved with national and local training.
She is also the BDO Counts Coordinator and Local Champion for the Women’s Initiative. Joanne is responsible for events under both programs that challenge the office while promoting the significance of the programs and growth of employees.
