David Osborne is an Executive Consultant, F2F Trainer, Digital Team
Facilitator & Producer, and Instructional Designer, working with Dale
Carnegie & Associates, Inc. (corporate) and more than 18 of Carnegie’s
International franchises. In 2017, he won Digital Trainer of the Year as voted
by Carnegie’s global clients. As of 2021, he has facilitated more than 5,000 F2F
hours, and facilitated or produced over 7,000 hours of online training. Over the
last 5 years, he has been a keynote speaker around the world for industry
conferences like Hospitality Next Generation (HTNG), the Retail Executive Summit
(RES), and the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC).
Prior to joining Carnegie in 2005, David spent 10 years in the Information
Technology Sector as a Business Analyst & Project Manager for hire with
companies like Hewlett-Packard, One America, and the United Way.

and Management programming, with clients reporting an aggregate $200 million in
new revenue generation and cost savings since 2010.
