A summary of state and local taxes based both on historical issues and current issues faced by taxpayers, with a focus on issues post COVID-19.  Examine various state and local taxes, including income tax, net worth, and sales and use. We will also review what to be prepared for with regards to a state and local tax audit and options that should be considered during and after the audit.
