CoPilot assessment will be emailed to registrants one week before the webinar (for last minute registrants, it will be sent two days before). CoPilot is a proprietary online application that takes you through the necessary steps to prepare for a transaction and is deigned to uncover aspects of your business that could compromise your position and value.

Danny Parkinson is a Vice President with Class VI Partners, a mid-market investment bank based in Denver, Colorado. Danny has 10+ years investment banking experience primarily consulting small- to medium-sized businesses on both growth and exit planning. Danny’s primary responsibilities at Class VI Partners include executing and closing transactions involving the sale or financing of mid-market companies across a broad range of industries including consumer products, business services, software, and energy/industrials. He is also involved in financial analysis, modeling, market research, and client valuations. Over his career, Danny has worked on over 30 closed transactions representing approximately $1 billion of enterprise value.

Previously, Danny worked as an Investment Banking Analyst and Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at KPMG Corporate Finance (formerly known as St. Charles Capital). At KPMG and St. Charles, Danny specialized in sell-side and buy-side advisory and valuation assignments primarily for commercial banks, insurance companies, asset management firms, and financial technology companies. During his time with KPMG and St. Charles, Danny completed over 20 formal valuation assignments and successfully closed 18 transactions representing over $575 million in transaction value.
Danny holds a BA and MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
