  • Pennsylvania’s Response to Wayfair: SUT Bulletin 2019-01

    In June 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a decision on the South Dakota v. Wayfair sales and use tax case. The court overturned the previous physical presence requirement for state tax nexus.
